Accounts Payable Executive Job Description\Helpersp>Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoice administration, preparing and processing accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoice administration and set up for payment.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.
  • Answer all vendor inquiries and reconcile more complex vendor statements.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts.
  • Resolve more complex invoice discrepancies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of accounts payable processing errors and suggest process improvements.
  • Support month end closing.
  • Participate in and/or lead projects related to Accounts Payable improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
