About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a KYC Analyst. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) operations services, including customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence profile production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence on existing and new clients
- Prepare and review KYC questionnaires, emails, and calls with clients
- Verify client information through public and internal sources
- Complete and review CDD and EDD profiles in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate true hits
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-4 years' experience in AML Compliance & KYC, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/Sanctions laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
