Senior KYC Training Specialist

Job Summary:

This role requires an experienced professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for KYC operations, focusing on enhancing productivity and quality.

We are seeking a skilled individual with 5+ years of experience in AML/KYC/compliance related roles in banking and financial services, including multi-year experience in delivering end-to-end training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis of training requirements, planning delivery of refreshers, and implementing curriculum and solutions on KYC products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in designing engaging training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff in KYC
  • Conduct analysis of training requirements and plan for delivery of refreshers
  • Implement curriculum and solutions on KYC products
  • Enhance Training offerings, including content and methods, and closer alignment with Ops Readiness/User Engagement teams
