KYC Operations Specialist

A highly skilled professional is sought after to manage client lifecycle in global operations, ensuring Know Your Customer standards are met and maintained across corporate investment banking.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in KYC operations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
- Operate as a KYC Quality Assurance SME with the global QA function
- Review KYC files on a sample basis, applying QA methodology for an objective review
- Perform accurate and consistent QA checks on KYC files across multiple locations, business areas, and client types
- Identify risks within KYC documentation and confirm issues have been remediated and/or escalated through the process
- Partner with CLM & AFC QA teams to improve KYC standards
- Profound knowledge of Know Your Customer matters and topics
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with investment banking clients and complex client entity structures
- Effective communication, organisation, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
