Job Requirements:

  • Strong INDIA KYC end-to-end knowledge for Low, Medium & High-risk clients including guidelines
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to interact with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Knowledge of India CKYC/KRA tools for KYC uploads/downloads
  • Technical knowledge of various Client types & their structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct INDIA Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
  • Provide strong communication with Clients/RMs/Sales and other stakeholders
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Use CKYC/KRA tools for KYC operations
