Job Description

You will be working as a coordinator to help ensure that our global broadcast teams have all the necessary elements for successful broadcasting. This includes inputting data into our systems in coordination with the UK bookings team, which informs stakeholders further down the chain.

The role involves working within a dynamic environment and requires flexibility, including weekend and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling events with correct timings and technical device allocation using ScheduALL
  • Liaising with stakeholders to obtain necessary information for event delivery
  • Managing daily workloads and collaborating with team members
  • Understanding operational workflows
  • Awareness of ingest costs and identifying overspends

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel

  • Knowledge of various sporting events
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Confident email handling and communication skills
  • Previous experience with ScheduALL or similar scheduling systems
  • Understanding of accessing video content via IP, satellite, and fibre
  • Strong knowledge of social tools like Twitter and Google research skills
  • Discipline to work in a high-pressure environment, meeting deadlines
  • Good writing and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
