Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling events within ScheduALL, ensuring accurate TX timings and technical device allocation.
- Liaising with key external and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information for event delivery.
- Managing daily workloads and collaborating with other team members.
- Understanding operational workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Awareness of ingest costs and highlighting overspends.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong understanding of various sporting events.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Confidence in handling email enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience with ScheduALL or similar scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of accessing video via IP, satellite, and fibre.
- Desire to improve understanding and work on new properties.
- Ability to identify opportunities for further learning and collaboration across departments.
- Strong knowledge of social tools and good research skills.
- Discipline to work as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
