Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sportsbook Coordinator, located on-site in Hyderabad. The Sportsbook Coordinator will be responsible for managing sportsbook operations, ensuring the integrity of the sports betting system, and coordinating with various departments to maintain up-to-date sports data. The daily tasks will include monitoring game schedules, processing betting transactions, analyzing betting trends, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sportsbook Coordinator will assist in marketing initiatives and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and sports betting systems
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor betting trends and manage data
  • Exceptional customer service skills to handle client inquiries and issues
  • Experience in coordinating with different departments for operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and compliance requirements in the sports betting industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the sports betting industry is a plus
