Job Description:

You will assist in the delivery of live sporting events worldwide by ensuring that all required elements are in place. This involves coordinating with teams to input data into our systems, enabling stakeholders to complete their tasks effectively.

The position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail, with shift-based work including weekends and nights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • An understanding of various sporting events.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage daily workloads efficiently.
  • Confidence in handling email inquiries.
  • Previous experience with ScheduALL or similar scheduling systems.
  • Familiarity with accessing video content via different mediums (IP, satellite, fiber).
