HCM Implementation Expert

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR. As an expert in human capital management, you will drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain timecard layouts and attributes;
- Configure and maintain time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies;
- Establish integrations with HCM systems;
- Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for time, payroll, and validations;
- Develop and enhance integrations with third-party applications;
- Design and develop reports and HCM Extracts;
- Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions;
- Strong knowledge of configuration and customization options;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
