Senior HCM Technical Expert

This is a challenging opportunity to act as a Cloud HCM Technical SME, with broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. As an individual contributor, you will interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gain hands-on experience in production support project scenarios, understanding AMS Ticketing processes, deployment processes, upgrades testing, etc.
  • Engage in both offshore and onshore client interactions involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules in two or more areas.
  • Develop cloud technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, covering Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, change requests, and requirement analysis/documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborate on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, including key super-permissions for the Oracle environment.
Mandatory Skills
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and a minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn new technologies.
