HCM Technical Lead

Job Summary:

Join our team as an HCM Technical Lead. We are seeking an experienced technical expert with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support for the development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical development, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and HDL.
  • Experience with BIP and OTBI development and support.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
