Job Title:

Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

A highly skilled professional with expertise in Oracle HCM is required to manage and implement the entire Oracle HCM process for all modules globally.

  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of consultants, work closely with business stakeholders, technology support team, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team. Translate business requirements into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.

System Configuration & Customization: Ensure the correct configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.

Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products. Ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
