HCM Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HCM implementation specialist to join our team. As an HCM implementation specialist, you will play a key role in the advisory, planning, and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and resolve operational support issues, implement phase x projects, and enhance existing configurations.
  • Analyze and scope complex business requirements with clients and team members.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
  • Provide guidance and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by providing Workday best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practices.
  • Prioritize client interests and proactively listen to ensure work exceeds expectations.
  • Foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in HCM implementation and configuration.
  • Ability to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
