Job Overview

This role involves overseeing Oracle HCM for North American payroll, with a focus on configuration, compliance, and integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Configuration & Compliance: Configure and maintain NA payroll year-end elements, taxation rules, and new legal entity configurations. Strong analytical skills are required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in these processes.

  • Payroll Integrations & Tools: Integrate payroll systems and tools, ensuring strong understanding of payroll integrations. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • HCM Data Loader (HDL): Proficient in using HDL for data loading. Experience with data migration and integration is highly valued.

  • Fast Formulas and Payroll Logic: Skilled in using Fast Formulas for payroll logic. Ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios and implement efficient solutions.

  • Payroll Processes Reporting & Analytics: Exposure to BI Publisher and OTBI reporting, ability to generate and interpret payroll reports. Strong data interpretation skills to drive business decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-16 years of experience in HCM management.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, effective team management and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with Leadership and Payroll Business Teams.
