Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP HCM Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules to ensure seamless HR operations.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and enhance employee lifecycle management through SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules including :

- Organizational Management (OM).

- Personnel Administration (PA).

- Time Management (TM).

- Payroll (Knowledge preferred, even if not hands-on).

- ESS/MSS.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Work on end-to-end implementation and support projects.

- Perform system testing, prepare documentation, and support user training.

- Resolve incidents, issues, and service requests within defined SLAs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and reporting requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in SAP HCM implementation or support.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR tools is an added advantage.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

- SAP certification in HCM (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have :

- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.

- Experience working in ticketing systems (e., ServiceNow, Remedy).

- Exposure to international HR policies or global SAP rollouts.
