Expert HCM Consultant Needed

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to ensure the successful deployment of our human capital management solution. As a key team member, you will leverage your product and implementation expertise to work closely with clients, understand their business requirements, and configure and test the solution.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, and benefits.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
