As a highly skilled Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing projects from various platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other bidding platforms. Your primary goal will be to generate new business, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Identification: Research and identify potential projects on various platforms to secure new business opportunities.
  • Bid Strategy: Develop and execute effective bid strategies to maximize win rates and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that meet client needs and expectations, highlighting your expertise and skills.
  • Clients Management: Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Opportunity Management: Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, track leads, and manage the bidding process effectively using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, bidding, or a similar role, preferably with technical expertise.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Basic technical understanding of software development, cloud services, AI/ML, or related technologies.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and qualify opportunities effectively.
