Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a results-driven and accountable Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying and onboarding exceptional talent. As an individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business needs to successfully closing positions. You will be responsible for sourcing the right candidates, building networks, driving collaboration with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, while aligning with Zyeta’s high standards and organizational culture.

Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to final offer acceptance.

Strategic Sourcing: Proactively scout for top talent using a variety of platforms, professional networks, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Screening & Evaluation: Independently assess resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and evaluate candidates against role-specific criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role expectations, and desired candidate profiles.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, representing Zyeta’s values and culture.

Offer Management: Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and ensure timely closures while maintaining compliance with internal policies and market standards.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future roles, ensuring readiness for business needs.

Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report progress to stakeholders.

Market Expertise: Act as a talent advisor by staying updated on hiring trends, competitor practices, and industry benchmarks.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to independently drive and own the entire recruitment process.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics, preferable ZOHO
  • A high degree of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering results.
