IT Service Delivery Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Director to lead our organization's IT service delivery function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes to minimize downtime and maximize service availability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the service delivery team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications: ITIL (mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and service management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of platforms like Office 365 suite.
- Experience in managing hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise).
