Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to spearhead the delivery of engineering services and solutions for our Plant Engineering Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

  • Leading the execution of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensuring all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Spearhead complex plant engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior engineer or director in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge across process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
  • Experience handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP).
