Job Title: Transition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Expert to oversee multiple waves or tracks of a transition project from initiation to closure.

This role involves working closely with the transition leader, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and meeting customer satisfaction expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Support projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant training sessions for the transition team.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in transition management, preferably from a BPO/BPM background.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
