This role oversees the end-to-end transition of client business processes into our delivery environment, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
About the JobThe Transition Consultant will manage the lifecycle of transitions from contract signature to steady-state operations. They will develop and execute transition plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the transition process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement transition plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence and assess scope, risks, and readiness.
- Define Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) and ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee training and knowledge transfer for new team members.
This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates should have experience in transition management, project planning, and stakeholder coordination. A strong understanding of business operations, risk assessment, and service delivery is also essential.
