Key Expert in Data Transition Planning

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
The role involves developing comprehensive data migration strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic. You will also oversee the execution and delivery of data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
In addition to technical expertise, we are seeking an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership abilities. A proven track record in data migration and experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc., is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.
- Experience with data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
