
Ecosystem Growth Business Development Manager

MoEngage is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead ecosystem growth through strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This role will drive native integrations, collaborate on go-to-market programs, and foster deeper relationships with GTM teams of partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Forge strong relationships with ISVs to build native integrations supporting ecosystem growth.
- Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize integrations and ensure support for building and listing integrations.
- Work closely with Partner Marketing to launch integrations with relevant content assets and promotional campaigns.
- Manage global GTM programs with priority partners to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
- Ensure enablement and certification of partners.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and execute various marketing campaigns.
- Build and execute programs to foster deeper relationships with GTM teams of partners.
- Experience in technology and cloud partnerships.
- Proven business development skills.
- Deep understanding of ISV Alliances, Partner Ecosystems, and Co-marketing.
- Ability to own parts of the program independently and drive desired outcomes.
- Familiarity with Martech SaaS solutions is beneficial.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
