Human Resources Leader

Job Overview:

  • Lead the Human Resources function for a manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and morale.
  • Address employee grievances through structured processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of company policies.
  • Design and deliver employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Drive performance management, including timely appraisals and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee plant administration.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement best practices.
  • Supervise security services and CSR activities at the plant.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive change.
