Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities and open communication channels.
  3. Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  4. Identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for development through training and mentorship.
  5. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure employee participation in individual development plans, enhancing functional and behavioral competencies.
  6. Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees, promoting motivation and job satisfaction.
  7. Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates who align with organizational needs.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, leveraging various recruitment sources and methods.
  9. Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions into the organization.
  10. Assess training needs within the unit and collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver targeted training programs.
  11. Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an HRBP role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
