Main Purpose of Role

As a Territory Sales Manager at Abbott, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels. You will develop profitable business with new and existing customers, leveraging your product knowledge and understanding of the client's business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, introducing new products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans, utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience/Background

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
