
IT Sales Lead

This is a full-time, performance-driven role for someone with solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition.
You'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.
- Identify and connect with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies (India & USA).
- Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
- Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
