Technical Lead - Pre Sales

The role of Technical Lead - Pre Sales requires a highly skilled professional to interact with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size and feasibility.

Key qualifications include 15+ years of experience in the technology sector, expertise in RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication. Strong skills in proposal writing, presentation, and tuning as per requirement are essential, as well as hands-on experience with areas including Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan and lead RTL logic design development projects, develop verification environments, and perform complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs. They will also demonstrate intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects.

In addition to their technical expertise, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and drive proposals. Occasional travel and on-site work at customer premises may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Project planning and leadership for RTL logic design development
  • Verification environment development and complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs
  • Mentoring junior engineers and interacting with implementation teams to ensure clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes
