Actuarial Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled actuarial consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-life insurance and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality consulting services to clients across multiple streams, including IFRS 17 implementation & assurance, audit reviews, M&A due diligence, staff augmentation etc.

The role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a fast-paced and growing consulting team, and develop expertise in one or more of: IFRS 17, reserving, pricing and product development, automation of actuarial processes.

Requirements
  1. 4-7 years of actuarial experience in Insurance or Consulting Firms in Non-Life domain
  2. At least 6 actuarial papers passed from IAI / IFoA as per the new curriculum
  3. Prior experience with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 preferred
  4. Prior experience of working in the India domestic market through insurance or consulting preferred
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  1. Expertise in one or more of: IFRS 17, reserving, pricing and product development, automation of actuarial processes
  2. Thorough understanding of non-life insurance products and Indian statutory requirements preferred
  3. Excellent knowledge of Excel
  4. Working knowledge of Python and / or VBA preferred
