**Job Opportunity for Architect II**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect to join our team. As an Architect II, you will be responsible for participating in the development of aesthetic and technical designs, preparing architectural drawings and construction documents, and collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, integrated design projects across various sectors while managing documentation and coordination across complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a design-sensitive, technically strong architect with excellent Revit (BIM) skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Participate as a team member in the development of architectural designs and preparation of drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Principal in Charge.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 5-10 years of experience in an architectural practice, and proficiency in Revit (BIM). Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite, and excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills are also required.
