At our organization, we are on the hunt for an experienced Architect to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for innovative design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop creative and practical architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings, presentations, and 3D models that meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
