About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Developer to lead our web platform architecture, scaling, and secure development.

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance. They will also own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.
  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection.
  • Mentor and review work of junior developers to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting).
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.).
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
