**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND RETAIN KEY ACCOUNTS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell/new logos.
  • DEVELOP DELIVERY PLANS: Translate client goals into actionable delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality.
  • MANAGE SOWS/MSAs, NEGOTIATIONS, RENEWALS, INVOICING, AND COLLECTIONS: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to renewal.
  • Maintain a CANDIDATE NETWORK ALIGNED TO CLIENT DEMAND: Ensure that our candidate pipeline is aligned with client needs, improving time-to-fill.
  • TRACK ACCOUNT HEALTH, PIPELINE, AND FORECASTS: Monitor account performance, flagging risks and driving resolutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ACTION MANAGEMENT OR RECRUITMENT CONSULTING.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING RESULTS: Strong stakeholder management, revenue growth outcomes, and a keen eye for detail.
  • CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, NEGOTIATION, BILLING/INVOICING EXPOSURE: A solid understanding of contract management, negotiation, billing, and invoicing processes.
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SDLC/AGILE AND IT HIRING CYCLES.
