We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.
This role involves ensuring a positive customer journey through effective handling of customer calls, emails, and chat channels.
You will be responsible for resolving issues, collecting feedback, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
In addition, you will assist with logistics and order management tasks.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
Fluency in English and Hindi is a pre-requisite for this role.
On-site role in Hyderabad. Ecommerce experience preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a high level of productivity while working under pressure.
Knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software are desirable qualities.
