Front-End Web Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our digital team and support a diverse range of client projects across various content management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with experience working on high-performing websites that meet the latest web standards. They will also possess excellent technical SEO skills, including knowledge of structured data, crawlability, and performance optimization.

This role involves building and customizing pages in WordPress, Webflow, and other platforms, as well as integrating interactive elements and managing third-party plugins. The successful candidate will be able to balance design, user experience, and SEO requirements in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize website performance through image optimization, code minification, and caching.
  • Implement and manage Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to improve page load times.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement structured data (schema markup) for services, locations, blogs, FAQs, and reviews.
  • Maintain clean site architecture and navigation for crawlability and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with expertise in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer.
  • Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations.
