Novel Financial Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the expansion of its franchise network. As a Franchise Expansion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can lead the identification and recruitment of qualified franchisees. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the franchise sales process, ensuring alignment with our company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development & Recruitment:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential franchisees through various channels.
    • Present the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees, highlighting our business model, financial expectations, and operational requirements.
    • Evaluate franchise candidates through interviews, financial assessments, and compatibility checks with our brand values.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy that aligns with our company's goals.
    • Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure franchise opportunities align with overall business objectives.
  • Franchise Sales Process Management:
    • Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process, from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement.
    • Ensure all required documentation and compliance standards are met during the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential franchisees.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and provide support during the pre-opening phase.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the franchising landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our franchise model and strategy.
  • Compliance & Branding:
    • Ensure all franchisees adhere to our operational, branding, and legal standards.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure franchise agreements comply with local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchise networks.
  • Strong understanding of franchise laws, agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet potential franchisees and explore new markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis software.
