We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the expansion of our franchise network at Novel Financial Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified franchisees, managing the franchise sales process, and ensuring alignment with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Development & Recruitment:
    • Identify potential franchisees through research, networking, and outreach programs.
    • Present the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees, including business model, financial expectations, and operational requirements.
    • Evaluate franchise candidates through interviews, financial assessments, and compatibility with our brand values.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy in line with our goals.
    • Identify and target high-potential markets for expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure franchise opportunities align with overall business objectives.
  • Franchise Sales Process Management:
    • Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process, from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement.
    • Ensure all required documentation and compliance standards are met during the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential franchisees.
    • Act as a primary point of contact to address inquiries and provide support during the pre-opening phase.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the franchising landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the franchise model and strategy.
  • Compliance & Branding:
    • Ensure all franchisees adhere to our operational, branding, and legal standards.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure franchise agreements comply with local regulations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), with 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in a related industry.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
