We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bancassurance Expert to oversee the growth of our bancassurance sales channel through strategic partnerships with local banks in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bancassurance Expert will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partner bank branches.
  • Developing and implementing effective insurance sales strategies to drive business growth through the bancassurance channel.
  • Leading and motivating bank staff to generate referrals, leads, and customer engagement.
  • Ensuring achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Conducting regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance to inform business decisions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve sales goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Local candidates from Surat preferred for this role.
