Job Title: Donor Processing Coordinator

As a multifunctional coordinator at Lions Clubs International in Bhavnagar, India, you will play a vital role in covering various tasks including donor processing, quality control, communications, and office duties.

You will provide exceptional customer service to Lion members and donors through multiple communication channels, including email and phone. Your responsibilities will include researching and responding to queries, complaints, and concerns related to club administration and compliance requirements in a timely manner.

You will work closely with LCIF headquarters, ISAME, Accounting, Operations teams on donor entry, quality control queues, and recognition processing. You will also support the promotion and development of LCIF initiatives through various communication methods.

  • Process donation information via data entry, assemble documentation, and ensure proper indexing and linking with payment data. Conduct quality assurance on all India donation data entry and maintain data integrity by generating reports, reviewing entries, and conducting research in various databases.
  • Resolve donor processing product or service issues by clarifying member/donor concerns, determining causes, and selecting/relying best solutions to resolve issues. Utilize various resources for researching and responding to issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Lion members, leaders, and headquarters staff/departments, and vendors to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Maintain accurate monitoring reports (MIS) and submit them in a timely manner, including vendor MIS.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices by engaging in research and analysis of NGO or charitable organizations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and audit requirements and execute ad hoc reports as directed.

This role requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically handling and organizing large datasets, creating Pivot Tables, using Vlookup & Hlookup, applying formatting, and performing calculations, filtering data, and computing percentages for comparisons and other metrics.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or social services, and have minimum 3-5 years of related experience in office administration, account receivables, grants, etc.
