About the Role:
This managerial position requires you to oversee subject expert panels and collaborate with other administrators to meet project requirements.
- Develop high-quality question banks for assessments.
- Structure and design question banks, set quality standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains.
- Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
- Manage subject matter experts (SMEs): define selection criteria and strategy, monitor SME performance quality, train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
- Coordinate with SMEs for test development activities.
- Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
- Support lead subject admin in delivering projects and other organizational requirements.
- Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
- Broad understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
- Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
- Good command over English both written and spoken.
- Good command over spoken Hindi.
