Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Geodatabase Analyst to support our strategic and key enterprise customers and build relationships for continued engagement. We manage and deliver Esri software solutions and professional services, including technical support and consulting practices related to Enterprise System design & architecture, performance assessment, health monitoring, and operations for large enterprise customers.

Our ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, provide solutions, and address technical issues. As a subject matter expert, you will handle Geospatial data management and usage, identify, understand, and articulate solutions to customer issues, and coordinate and deliver product trainings to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in handling Geospatial data management and usage.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication, problem solving, and analytical approach.
  • Manage the ArcGIS Enterprise Health and Performance, scheduled backup monitoring, and maintain SOPs for managing customer environments.
  • Author and Publish tech experiences as knowledge articles and Identify issues and log defects for software improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent in customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
  • Establish trust and relationship with customers and act as a GIS SME for the customer.
  • Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills in addressing and resolving technical issues of ESRI mainly ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Data Store, Geoevent Server, GeoAnalytics Server, Image Server), ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Runtime and Field Apps.

Other Information:

M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc. in GIS, Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any other relevant field is required. Willingness to travel with short notice and ability to re-locate as per the need of the organization are essential qualities for this role.
