Job Opportunity: SAP Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP customer service consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
  2. Provide expert guidance on SAP processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  4. Configure and customize the SAP module to optimize customer service workflows.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PM, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other modules.
  7. Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  8. Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  9. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to maximize system adoption.
  10. Stay updated with SAP latest features, tools, and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements.
