Business Process Optimization Specialist

The role of a Business Process Optimization Specialist involves guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Public Cloud solutions. In this capacity, you will play a critical part in shaping clients' business processes to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of SAP Public Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough business requirement analysis to identify client needs and design appropriate SAP Public Cloud solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP Public Cloud applications to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant SAP Public Cloud products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Deliver training and support to client teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP Public Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Public Cloud implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP Public Cloud technologies.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP Public Cloud solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP Public Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, human resources, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in relevant Public Cloud modules is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and data integration projects.
