Job Title: Medical Professional

We are seeking a medical professional to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outpatient Services: Provide outpatient department services, including emergency medical care and first aid services as needed.
  • Minor Procedures: Perform minor medical procedures that can be done in a health centre setting.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with referral hospitals and government hospitals to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
  • Inventory Management: Procure regular medicines, emergency drugs, and medical equipment according to standard operating procedure guidelines.
  • Maintenance and Review: Regularly review medicine stock, medical equipment, and conduct reconciliations as necessary.
  • Documentation and Training: Supervise the documentation of medical records, maintain first aid boxes, and ensure ambulance condition. Additionally, supervise medical staff, ambulance drivers, and provide regular training and medical education to the medical team.
  • Health Awareness Programs: Provide first aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers. Conduct health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation camps as required.
