Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer experience, loyalty, and growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customer engagement specialists, ensuring their professional development and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align customer engagement strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to customer engagement users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer Engagement Expertise: Proficiency in customer engagement platforms, data management, and reporting.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align customer engagement strategies with business objectives.
