As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies to meet business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves working closely with senior team members to analyze customer data and identify opportunities to improve revenue per customer.

To achieve this, you will support the CRM team in executing multichannel marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications. You will work collaboratively with Digital Graphic Designers and Copywriters to ensure that all marketing materials are engaging and effective in driving customer engagement.

Another critical aspect of this role is analyzing campaign success metrics to measure revenue per send. You will use this data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Additionally, you will assist in re-engaging dormant or inactive customers to maximize revenue returns per customer/data record.

You will also contribute ideas and insights for CRM strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers. This may involve segmenting the customer database for targeted marketing activities and supporting the development of testing strategies to enhance organizational and customer outcomes.

Lastly, you will assist in generating campaign performance reports and providing feedback to relevant teams and stakeholders for further action.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
">
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred
">
* Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing/CRM management or a related field
">
* Familiarity with CRM platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, etc., is advantageous
">
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
">
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
">
* Collaborative and adaptable team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
