Job Title

A public private partnership project manager is required to support government initiatives in the tourism, infrastructure, and urban development sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with expertise in PPP project appraisal, feasibility assessments, and tender documentation, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and prepare comprehensive tender documents for PPP projects
  • Evaluate PPP proposals and assess their viability
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders including concessionaires, government agencies, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant PPP policies and frameworks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project milestones
Required Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree: MBA / MTech or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with:
    • Central Government / State Government / PSUs
    • PPP project appraisal and assessment
    • Preparation of feasibility studies or tender documents for at least 2 PPP projects
Desirable Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PPP projects from:
    • Concessionaire side
    • Government side
    • Consultant for Government or Private sector

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, familiarity with PPP frameworks, procurement processes, and infrastructure development, and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
