Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Services Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality tools support our desktop environment and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure efficient operation of assigned subordinate team members.
    • Sustain service level agreements for the IT services Team.
    • Maintain documentation for policies and procedures.
    • Design and implement future support offerings.
    • Ensure compliance of IT-related policies and procedures.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Contribute to strategic technology planning and direction of projects.
    • Understand business needs and educate staff on technology.
    • Stay up to date with key service development/issues.
  • Leadership:

    • Identify and delegate areas of responsibility.
    • Select and assign staff based on work quality and ability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years hands-on service experience.
  • CISA certified preferred.
  • Proven execution of technology projects.
  • Experience with Windows 10 management technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 technologies.
  • Experience or understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC operating systems.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of networking and personal computer hardware.
